To start the leasing process, you’ll need to gather a few documents to upload to your online application:
Identification. Valid government-issued ID for all household members age 18+ (passport, driver’s license, or state ID). Physical ID must be provided before move-in.
Employment & Income. Two months of recent paystubs and documentation of any additional income, such as Social Security, SSI, pension, or child support.
Tax Documentation. Most recent tax return or tax filing.
Bank Statement. One recent bank statement showing the current balance.
Self-Employment. If self-employed, the most recent tax filing or financial statements.
